OK, i dropped my laptop on monday and it no longer works! im quickly borrowing someone elses right now but im not happy! hopefully i can save all my photos =( but now i have no internet, or dvd player, or speakers! rubbish. Goodbye everyone!

Sunday 21st March

Welllll ive been up here for 3 weeks now, i bought mobile broadband so internet has been nice! Theres not been much going on here, so not really had anything to write! Soooo its very nice up here! Landscape is awesome! Nice beaches, nice water and nice views! Lots of lightening at the moment.. but no rain!

My life is pretty much work.. i was doing quite a bit of fishing, but after catching nothing and losing all my lures ive given up! Ill probably try again on tuesday as its my day off!

Phil, Joe and Jay should be on their way up here in a week or two hopefully! No idea how long it'l take them to get here but itl be nice to see them! And then Anja is flying up here on the 13th of April and staying for 3 weeks which will be great! So, ill still have a month here when she goes home.. hopefully thatl fly by and i can plan what to do next, whatever that'l be! Really need to find some rural work cause im only goin to have just under 4 months to get my 2nd year visa! eep! Might end up not being able to get it and coming home.. we'll see

Sunday 28th February

OK! so i noticed i havnt wrote on here in quite a long time! so basically over the past.. month and a half, Anja came back, we were about to buy a car and go travelling when she had to go to hospital, was in there for 3 days, and then the doctors told her she cant go far from a major hospital, so we ended up finding a nice little flat just south of perth, and weve been living there since!

Its been fun, right next to the river and shopping centre, really nice posh area and cheap rent! buttt now anja is leaving on the 6th of march to travel for a month and then go home, and ive found myself a job in a pub up north! so on wednesday im flying 1500km north to a little fishing village called point samson. It only has a population of 274 people, so its going to be very quiet and very isolated, and also theres only 2 buses that go to the next town, so once a week ill be able to go shopping and possiby use the internet!! so communication is going to be very limited for me from now on, as theres no phone signal there either.

SOOOO if you dont here from me after wednesday you know why! im going to be there 2-3 months probably, so good chance to save lots of money! The pictures up top is the pub ill be working in, and the area around it. meant to be some very good fishing to be done up there! and seein as thats the only thing to do, thats what ill be doing!

Sunday 17th January

fuckinggggggg pissed off. Day off today because the heat is too high, so the fire risk is too high.. sooo i woke up about 8am.. went down for breakfast and there wasnt anything set up so i presumed there was no breakfast.. so i waited for lunch at 12ish which gets brought down from the farm, we get a phone call from the boss saying there is no lunch, and to just go to a cafe instead, so yeah im meant to go to a cafe with my total of 35 cents because we dont get paid til after we leave? What a joke.

the other day he had a go at everyone saying, the advert said 60 hours a week so if i ask you to do a 12 hour day you'l do it blah blah, the advert said this, the advert said that. The advert said 3 meals a day the stupid prick.

The problem is that nobody will say anything because they know theyl probably get fired and not get paid until he feels like it, which nobody can afford. Even the 2 supervisors we live with are fuming but wont say anything. just need everyone to stand together

Saturday 9th January

NUTS NUTS NUTS NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!! soo im down in beverley nut picking! its pretty tough work.. but also really easy! basically what we do.. is walk down an isle of trees that drop nuts about the size of marbles - golf balls, n we have a stick with a rake on one end and a strange wire ball on the other that you roll across the floor and it picks the nuts up, then you just empty it into the wheelie bins, use the rake to get the hard to reach ones and move on! so yeah.. really easy.. but we get up at 4am, leave at 4.30am, start work at 5am, stop for lunch at 12, start again at 1.30pm, finish at 5.30pm, get home about 6.30pm, eat at 7pm, and then its best to go to bed before 9..and then it begins again! n everything is in highhh temperature.. the highest so far was 48 degrees.. but the day got cut short because there was a fire warning, banning all movement of vehicles on farmland, which was nice :P

soooooooo theres a good group of people here, most of them are sound and we have a good laugh! we were staying at a hotel.. so we were all chuffed, 2 person rooms, bar downstairs, pool table, table tennis, meals made for us.. seemed great! then some guys got bitten all over by bed bugs, and myyy god.. one guys blisters were like grapes on his feet, it was so sick.. and then the food was getting worse by the day.. and nobody cleaned our rooms.. or our cups n bowls from breakfast (only sinks upstairs were in toilet) so we couldnt eat in the morning unless we used yesterdays stuff or went all the way to the toilet to wash it.. at 4am ¬_¬ so we were not happy n constantly complaining to the supervisors.. even though they had to put up with it too. sooo yesterday the boss made an announcement that hes moving us to a much nicer more expensive hotel n hes covering the cost and mannnn its nice. Its 4 to a room but the beds are so comfy, the food is proper pub food, the beer garden is fantastic, there is phone signal! which there was absolutely none of in the other town. AND free internet here, hence how im writing this =] so things were definately a lot better today, everyones not as grumpy!

jees thats long.. ill try and get some pictures of stuff tomorrow if i remember my camera.. its half 9!!! should be well in bed! PEACE! x
